EFSA Food Safety report published

In June, the EFSA Food Safety Report was published again for several years.

The main focus is on survey results on various food-related topics. For example, the following issues have been identified as a source of concern for EU consumers:

  • Abuse of antibiotics, hormones and steroids in farm animals (44%)
  • Pesticide residues in food (39%)
  • Food additives (36%)
