Statement of the German Food Association on the draft law on the obligation to disclose transparent control results (POTKG)

In June 2019, the state government of Schleswig-Holstein informed the state parliament about the draft law on the obligation to disclose transparent control results.

The German Food and Drink Association (Lebensmittelverband Deutschland e.V.) (formerly BLL e. V.) published a statement on this subject at the beginning of July.
