6. CRM Omnibus Regulation Cosmetics final in force – Regulation (EU) 2023/1490

The so-called 6th CRM Omnibus Regulation is directly applicable since December 1, 2023. This regulation contains CMR substances adapted to technological progress (ATP) for cosmetics.

Cosmetic products containing any of these substances from the specified date are no longer marketable. These substances include, among others:

-          Benzophenone

-          Cumene

-          Tellurium dioxide
