Harmful Salmonella detected in sausages - Product recall

According to the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), 90% of foodborne infections in recent years are attributable to salmonella. As a cause of gastrointestinal diseases, salmonella plays a significant role worldwide. Common carriers of salmonella are primarily poultry, eggs, and pork.
