WHO informs about transmission routes of COVID-19 infections - Tentamus laboratories offer air testing for SARS-CoV-2

In a recent document dated 09.07.2020, the WHO (World Health Organization) updates the latest findings on the transmission routes of SARS-CoV-2.

Transmission of these pathogens occurs primarily through droplets and aerosols in the air. Therefore, several Tentamus laboratories offer tests for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 in the air. Based on the findings of such environmental studies, valuable conclusions and measures for hygiene and infection prevention can be derived.

In conjunction with other environmental tests for SARS-CoV-2, such as sampling on surfaces, consumer goods, medical devices, and face masks, Tentamus laboratories offer extensive options for investigating transmission pathways and risks associated with the novel coronavirus.
