WarningMessages Safety Gate – Notifications for Cosmetics October/November 2022

In the EU's Safety Gate rapid alert system, several cosmetic products were classified as unsafe for consumers for the months of October and November. A recall or withdrawal from the market is the consequence. Specifically, these are the following:

-          Products with the banned fragrance Lyral/HICC

-          Products with banned preservatives Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone (MCI/MI)

-          Bleaching cream with hydroquinone

-          Products with the banned fragrance Lilial

Regularly check your end products and raw materials for possible residues and contaminants.

We offer you the necessary microbiological and chemical testing within our international Tentamus laboratory group.
