Counter-sample Expert Medicines Act in the Tentamus Group

Recently, the international Tentamus laboratory group, of which the BAV Institute has been a part for many years, began operating with an officially appointed expert in accordance with Section 65 (4) of the German Medicines Act (AMG). With this expert as a counter-sample expert, the Tentamus Group is authorized to receive officially sealed counter-samples (medicines) and to conduct analytical testing on them.

Furthermore, test certificates in accordance with Section 6 and Section 11 of the Ordinance on the Operation of Pharmacies can now be issued.
