We have already reported several times on the developments regarding the country portals in accordance with § 40 Section 1a LFGB (News from 29.10.18, 15.11.18, 21.12.18, 24.01.19, ).

Basic hygiene and other preventive measures
HACCP concept including documentation
Training of personnel regarding hygiene, possibly HACCP, and follow-up instruction according to §43 Section 4 Infection Protection Act (IfSG)
Representative sampling plan (self-monitoring)
Labeling regulations
Supplier assessment and selection
