Detection of pesticides in grape leaves - product recall
Recently, grape leaves were recalled due to exceedance of pesticide limits.
The legal limits (maximum residue levels) for pesticides in food are regulated EU-wide by Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. Food containing prohibited pesticides or pesticides above the limits is not marketable in the EU.
In the present case, the pesticide carbendazim was detected above the established maximum level.
In our Tentamus laboratories, we regularly conduct tests for pesticide residues. We provide you with fast and reliable results.
