DGK expert round on the topic of microbiology cosmetics
Under the leadership of the microbiology and operational hygiene specialist group chaired by Joelle Nussbaum (BAV Institute), the German Society for Scientific and Applied Cosmetics (DGK) is organizing an expert roundtable on the topic of microbiology in cosmetics.
The specialist group deals with various microbiological and hygiene-related issues and regularly publishes position papers.
On May 7, 2024, it's time again. As part of an expert roundtable on the topic of microbiology: procedures for positive results, the following questions will be discussed:
- When is a result positive?
- Measures in case of deviations
- Root cause analysis
- Requirements of ISO 17516
