Effective protection against COVID-19 consists of distance, hygiene, everyday mask + ventilation (AHA+L)

The AHA formula, which aims to reduce the infection rate during the Corona pandemic, has been expanded to include another element: ventilation. Infection protection-compliant ventilation should reduce the viral load and thus the risk of infection.
