Health hazardous salmonella detected in fruit-nut chocolate mix - product recall

According to the BfR, 90% of foodborne infections in recent years are attributed to Salmonella. As a cause of gastrointestinal diseases, Salmonella plays a significant role worldwide. Frequent carriers of Salmonella include poultry meat, eggs, and pork.

In a pack of nut-fruit chocolate mix available on the market, Salmonella has been detected. Therefore, the manufacturer is recalling the product. Consumers who have purchased the product are strongly advised not to consume it.

At the BAV Institute, we regularly conduct testing for Salmonella and other pathogenic germs. We provide you with fast and reliable results and are happy to advise you on all matters related to product safety. Our customer advisors are available to assist with any inquiries.
