The Berlin Administrative Court has ruled that the wearing of dark work clothing (in this case, burgundy shirts and black aprons) is unsuitable for meat and sausage processing retail businesses (e.g., service counters in supermarkets, butcher shops, …). The degree of contamination must be clearly visible to the employee. This is not the case with blood and meat juices. (www.berlin.de)
