Information sheet "Reusable containers"

This information sheet is considered as an officially recognized industry guideline for good practice in accordance with Art. 8 of Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 and provides a nationwide uniform orientation for user and monitoring practices. 

This information sheet includes the relevant legal aspects, operational requirements and provides food business operators with recommendations for the proper, hygienic handling of customer-owned containers, particularly during the filling process.
