The Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) published a new leaflet on "Protection against foodborne infections with Listeria" on 30.09.20. Since the number of fatal listeriosis cases has increased in recent years, the BfR has now released current information on the protection against foodborne infections with Listeria.
