Position paper of the Food Chemistry Society (LCHG) on the mandatory reporting for laboratories
An interesting guidance on dealing with the reporting obligation for private laboratories in Germany according to §44 paragraphs 4a and 5a of the Food and Feed Code (LFGB) is provided by the position paper of the Food Chemical Society (LChG) on the reporting obligation for laboratories. For example, it states that a reporting obligation only exists if the analyzed products are intended for placing on the market, as well as products whose decision for further use depends on a laboratory analysis.
