PossiblePostponementoftheEnforcementoftheNewEUOrganicRegulation

There are currently increasing signs that the new EU Organic Regulation 2018/848/EU will not come into force as planned on 01.01.2021, but rather one year later on 01.01.2022.

The need for a postponement was particularly emphasized due to multiple missing detailed regulations by various European organic associations to the responsible Agricultural Commissioner of the European Commission.
