Publications of Food Monitoring Results

As already reported, some federal states have published notifications of complaints from food monitoring in accordance with § 40 para. 1a LFGB.

In the meantime, there are also decrees from some states, such as Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Schleswig-Holstein. In Baden-Württemberg, a series of questions and answers have been published at www.verbraucherinfo.ua-bw.de. Furthermore, on this homepage you will also find the tables with limit value exceedances and other violations. Comparable websites have been established in other federal states.
