In October, Paul Andrei, managing director of the BAV Institute, was part of an exciting lecture series by the BVLK (Federal Association of Food Inspectors of Germany) in Ludwigshafen. In this context, he was allowed to give a lecture on the topic "Microbiological Status of Salads and Other Plant-based Foods".
