Saarland publishes first resolutions of the Consumer Protection Ministers' Conference (VSMK)

Saarland publishes the first resolutions of the Consumer Protection Ministers' Conference (VSMK) from June 13-15, 2018, under www.saarland.de such as:

Publication of control and test results of food and feed monitoring in case of violations - Current decision of the Federal Constitutional Court on § 40 Abs. 1a LFGB
VSMK welcomes the resolution and calls on the federal government to promptly make the further necessary adjustments to the LFGB in addition to introducing the court-required deletion period. VSMK aims for a uniform implementation of the BVerfG resolution by the state authorities and a consistent presentation of the publications, possibly also in a joint portal.

All resolutions of the 14th Consumer Protection Ministers' Conference will be published in a joint protocol on the VSMK homepage after being approved by the federal states. We will inform you about this.
