SuccessfulLawsuitAgainst"TOPFSECRET"

On 13.03.19 the Administrative Court of Regensburg granted an urgent application against a request for information under the Consumer Information Act (VIG) that was submitted via the online platform "TOPF SECRET".

The legality of the procedure of "TOPF SECRET" has been questioned by the Regensburg Administrative Court, particularly due to potential abuse of rights of a request made through the "TOPF SECRET" platform and an impermissible circumvention of § 40 Abs. 1a LFGB.
