The ice cream season has begun! Avoid complaints and publications!
Be sure to comply with all hygienic and legal requirements, as publications of complaints under § 40 Para. 1a LFGB by food monitoring authorities can have serious economic consequences for companies.
To avoid complaints, we particularly recommend paying attention to the following points:
- Basic hygiene and other preventive measures
- HACCP concept including documentation
- Training of staff regarding hygiene, potentially HACCP, and subsequent instruction according to §43 Para. 4 Infection Protection Act (IfSG)
- Representative sampling plan (microbiological self-checks)
- Labeling regulations
- Guidelines of the Uniteis Hygiene Guideline
