June 20, 2025 - Detection of Pesticides in Grape Leaves - Product Recall

Recently, vine leaves were recalled due to pesticide residue limit violations.

The statutory limits (maximum residue levels) for pesticides in food are regulated EU-wide in the Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005. Food containing prohibited pesticides or pesticides above these limits is not marketable in the EU.

In this case, harm to consumers cannot be ruled out.
