BAV Food Symposium on 12th and 13th November 2019
On November 12 and 13, 2019, our annual BAV Food Symposium will take place with current topics on food safety, test results from Stiftung Warentest, crisis management, microbiology, mineral oils, food fraud, food law, and QM standards (IFS, BRC...).
We are pleased to once again offer you an interesting program with great speakers.
Following the presentations and during the breaks, there will be an opportunity to discuss directly with speakers and colleagues. Additionally, you can participate in a lab tour during the lunch break.
On the evening of the first seminar day, you will be invited to a joint dinner where you can exchange ideas with colleagues and seminar participants in a relaxed atmosphere.
We are happy to consider your topics of interest and questions. Please send an email with your questions in advance to Paul Andrei (paul.andrei@bav-institut.de). These will be answered anonymously by the respective speakers during the event.

The BAV Food Symposium will be complemented by a small exhibition of the Tentamus laboratories, which will present themselves as partners.
