Extended Declaration of Fragrance Ingredients for Cosmetics – Regulation (EU) 2023/1545

With the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/1545, the declaration of fragrances in cosmetics has been significantly expanded. The regulation is effective from August of this year and will be legally binding for all cosmetics by 2028 at the latest, with transition periods of 3 or 5 years.
