NEW: TRAINING ACCORDING TO § 4 FOOD HYGIENE REGULATION (LMHV)
This training according to § 4 LMHV is mandatory for all persons who work with perishable foods but do not have vocational training in this field.
It is particularly aimed at career changers who need to learn all important basic rules for handling perishable foods.
The basis for this obligation according to § 4 LMHV goes back to the “EU-Basic-Hygiene Regulation“ (Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 on food hygiene ).
