"Nothing is more constant than change" (Henry Ford)

As of January 1, 2023, we will restructure the management at BAV INSTITUT and transfer it to proven, long-term employees. When we founded the company in 1997, we didn't have extensive business plans but had good ideas and a vision. We wanted to offer our customers the best laboratory services and be an attractive employer for our employees. 
  
It has been a lot of fun working toward these goals over the years and growing with them. Today, we can look back on what we have achieved with satisfaction. We had the pleasure of celebrating many wonderful events during these years and continuously developing further - as individuals, as a team, and as a company. We couldn’t imagine a better gift - and for that, we are very thankful to you and our employees! 
  
Since the work with our customers and employees brings us great joy, we will both remain loyal to BAV in the future, retain our business shares, and support our team. We would like to personally inform you about the details of our plans. For this, we are organizing two online meetings in January (dates and links - see below). 
  
Now is the right moment to hand over management to two great young talents. Julia Paustian and Reiner Schmider have been part of our team for many years. They have grown with the company and have excelled in various leadership positions. 
  
Together with their leadership team, the entire BAV team, and colleagues from the Tentamus laboratory group, they will ensure we continue to offer you top-notch services. We have been preparing intensively for this change for over two years. Our commitment to acting "quickly and reliably" will continue to be at the center of our work. 
  
At the online appointments in January, Julia Paustian and Reiner Schmider will also personally introduce themselves. They will share their plans and visions.
