Salmonellosis no longer declining!

After many years of continuous reduction of salmonellosis in Germany and other EU countries, this trend has not continued in the last two years.
Now the fight against salmonella in laying hens is to be further promoted. A target of 2% is to be achieved, a further reduction of 1% could, according to estimates, practically halve the incidence of the disease.
