Sensitive shower gels tested by Öko-Test: Musk compounds detected

In the current Öko-Test issue (June 2023), 31 shower gels were tested. Twelve of these products received the highest grade. The other products were criticized by Öko-Test for the following points, leading to a deduction:

• Musk compound (Galaxolide – suspected hormone disruption)
• PEG compounds (e.g. Sodium Laureth Sulfate)
• Halogenated organic compounds AOX/EOX
