Several implementing regulations have been adopted for the Control Regulation (EU) No 2017/625

The following implementing regulations were published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 21.06.2019:

• Delegated Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1012 of 12.03.2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council with derogations concerning the designation of border inspection posts and the minimum requirements for border inspection posts (2017/625)
• Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1013 of the Commission of 16.04.2019 on prior information concerning consignments of certain categories of animals and goods entering the Union
• Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1014 of 12.06.2019 laying down detailed provisions concerning the minimum requirements for border inspection posts, including inspection centres, and the format, categories and abbreviations to be used for listing border inspection posts and inspection posts
