Regulation (EC) 1881/2006: New maximum levels for THC in hemp seeds and hemp seed products

As of 01/01/2023, the EU has set maximum levels for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) in hemp seeds and products derived from them (see the table under "more info"):
