Publication of the updated guideline values for mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOSH/MOAH) in food by the German Food Association

The representatives of the food monitoring authorities and the German Food Association recommend the application of "guideline values" for the contents of mineral oil hydrocarbons in food.

The recommended guideline values for MOSH/MOAH in food are now available in an updated version. The update primarily refers to an extension to products of animal origin.
