In just under 30% of the inspected businesses, violations were found. 1201 businesses were immediately closed due to unhygienic conditions. Of the samples taken, 81 were deemed harmful to health. The main reasons were pathogenic germs, microbially induced toxic protein substances (histamine), and sharp-edged objects.
