On November 13th and 14th, 2018, the BAV Food Symposium will take place with current topics on food safety, microbiology, allergens, food law, and QM standards (IFS, BRC…). Following the presentations and during the breaks, there is the opportunity to discuss directly with speakers and colleagues. In addition, you can participate in a laboratory tour during the lunch break.
