BAV Institute presents itself at SÜFFA 2011

BAV Institut GmbH presents its extensive range of services in microbiology, hygiene, and quality assurance at this year's SÜFFA 2011, the trade fair for the meat processing industry, from October 2 to 4 in Stuttgart. Together with partners from the hygiene network, BAV Institut is shaping its trade fair presence within the so-called "Hygiene Park". In this concentrated specialist area, interested trade fair visitors can find comprehensive information on hygiene management. For questions, information, and valuable practical tips, BAV staff are available at booth 8D70 in hall 8. An additional training and information program complements the trade fair offering and provides answers to specific hygiene questions of everyday work. On Sunday and Monday, Dr. Christian Kaiser from BAV Institut will provide two lectures on important aspects of necessary microbiological self-monitoring in the meat processing industry.
