BAV Institute at the 1st Congress of Food Inspectors in Karlsruhe - In BAV Newsletter 03/2014
The 1st Congress of the State Association of Food Inspectors Baden-Württemberg on the topic of "The Future of Food Monitoring" took place on May 26 in Karlsruhe.
The 130 participants from over 13 professional groups discussed with experts from monitoring, service providers, and food law about the new food labeling, allergen information for unwrapped goods, the hygiene traffic light, as well as the planned control fees for food monitoring. The BAV Institute was represented with a booth at this cross-industry training event as a long-standing cooperation partner. Dr. Christian Kaiser provided information in his presentation "Microbiological Self-Checks" about the legal basics as well as the advantages of competent and practice-oriented support, as offered by the BAV Institute to its clients.
The positive response and great interest of the participants in this topic once again highlighted how important external partners can be for companies in the current market situation.
