BfR2GO: Consumer Health Protection in a New Format

Effective immediately, the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) is publishing a new science magazine focused on consumer health protection. The magazine "BfR2GO" is published twice a year and dedicates each issue to current focal topics. In addition to the main topic, the magazine includes reports from areas such as food safety, risk perception, and product and chemical safety.

The latest issue addresses the topic of authenticity of food and feed. Which products are most commonly counterfeited? How can I distinguish an original from a fake?
