BVL presents the results of food monitoring 2019
On November 24, 2020, the Federal Office of Consumer Protection pointed out results of food monitoring during its annual press conference. The press release of the BVL particularly focuses on the following topics:
- Disinfectant residues in whipped cream
- Residues of disinfectants in pangasius fish
- Cyanide in apricot kernels
- STEC/VTEC in minced pork
- Fraud in oregano
