Campylobacter infections in Switzerland
According to the report on the surveillance of zoonoses and foodborne disease outbreaks 2017 in Switzerland, there were 7,219 reported cases of campylobacteriosis in Switzerland in 2017.
Thus, as in Germany and the EU, it is the most common foodborne bacterial infectious disease.
