Coronavirus: Second Pandemic Act without amendment of § 43 IfSG

A flexibilization of the initial instruction according to § 43 Infection Protection Act is unfortunately off the table now.

"In the current epidemic situation, health authorities are already making use of the existing possibility of commissioning doctors with the instruction. Therefore, a further possibility of delegation is not necessary."
