- "Imitation Regulation" - Interpretation of the term "product name" within the meaning of Annex VI Part A No. 4 of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 (FIC)
- Use of colorants for surface decoration trace labeling (milk, wheat) in "lactose-free" or "gluten-free" foods
- Allergy warnings (regarding gluten) in "gluten-free" products
- Labeling of foods with the indication "made from ingredients not containing gluten"
- Internet trade - "Refreshed" delivery of fresh fish
- Furthermore, ALTS addressed inquiries about the use of nitrates in processed fishery products and the addition of nitrite in so-called "Carpaccio"
We note that ALTS resolutions do not have binding legal character, but they provide important guidance for economic operators to assess products from the majority perspective of experts.
