Does a "Frozen Yogurt" meet the requirements for an ice cream?

The term "Frozen Yogurt" gives the impression that this product consists largely of yogurt. The guidelines for ice cream do not yet include the product "Frozen Yogurt". The yogurt content of "Yogurt Ice Cream" is more than 35%. "Frozen Yogurt" is made using milk, dairy products, sugar, drinking water, fruits, and flavors and is sold and consumed frozen. Thus, it meets the requirements and definitions of ice cream according to the ice cream guidelines. If a "Frozen Yogurt" neither consists exclusively of frozen yogurt nor meets the minimum yogurt content requirements of the "Yogurt Ice Cream" type according to the guidelines, then at least the actual yogurt content must be indicated.
