EU Parliament passes Whistleblower Directive

As part of the EU Control Regulation (EC) 2017/625, which comes into force in December 2019, it has already been decided that whistleblowers who report irregularities are to be better protected against discrimination or disadvantage.

On April 16, 2019, the EU Parliament adopted the "Whistleblower Directive." Further information can be found in the press release of the EU Parliament.
