Marketability assessments of cosmetic products

The BAV Institute, part of the Tentamus laboratory group, conducts these tests for you and evaluates among others:

• Microbiological quality according to DIN EN ISO 17516
• Microbiological and chemical stability, including preservative challenge test according to DIN EN ISO 11930
• Testing for undesirable contaminants and residues such as heavy metals, PAHs, nitrosamines, pesticides etc.
• Detection of active substances
• Assessment of the declaration for compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 as well as the Claims Regulation (EC) 655/2013
• Examination of documentation obligations such as safety report, notification
