Federal Council passes First Amendment to the LFGB - amended Section 40 (1a) LFGB is implemented!

Now it is almost certain that the amended § 40 Abs. 1a LFGB regarding the obligation of authorities to publish – also known as the "Hygiene or Internet Pillory" – will affect food businesses.

The law will be forwarded to the Federal President for signature following the decision of the Federal Council (Document 124/19 of 12.04.19).
