Salmonella Again at a Chocolate Manufacturer

As early as April 2022, for example, surprise eggs were recalled due to Salmonella. Now, Salmonella has been detected again in the same facility. The manufacturer emphasizes that no end product has tested positive for Salmonella, but they are ceasing production at this site as a precautionary measure. Over a period of about two weeks, cleaning and disinfection measures are to be carried out at the facility.
