Food Fraud – Time is running out!

Food Fraud – Time is running out!

Every day, new cases of food fraud are reported. Companies certified in accordance with a GFSI-recognized standard such as IFS must ensure that both the incoming goods and their products are authentic.

But what does an auditor focus on? What are the difficulties in implementing the requirements by the companies? What tools are available and what new opportunities for increasing transparency and traceability are available? What is a blockchain? What is possible and sensible in the field of analytics? We answer these and other questions in our seminar

Food Fraud in IFS 6.1. VACCP & Analytics: What is sensible, what is possible, what is feasible?”.

When: May 17, 2019, 9 am - 4 pm
Where: Quality Services International GmbH, Flughafendamm 9a, 28199 Bremen

Our experienced speakers from the Tentamus Group provide insights into various aspects of food fraud analytics.

Subsequently, Ms. Marjan de Bock-Smit, Supply Chain Information Management B.V., Alkmaar, Netherlands, explains the technological influence on supply chain transparency and discusses blockchain technology in this context.
