Every day, new cases of food fraud are reported. Companies certified in accordance with a GFSI-recognized standard such as IFS must ensure that both the incoming goods and their products are authentic.
But what does an auditor focus on? What are the difficulties in implementing the requirements by the companies? Dr. Norbert Kolb, consultant for Worlée NaturProdukte GmbH, book author, and expert in quality management and food fraud, will demonstrate in a practical workshop with examples how to protect your company from food fraud and prepare for the next audit.
The seminar is rounded off with a guided tour of the laboratories of Quality Services International GmbH. You will have ample opportunity to experience food analytics up close and discuss questions in a relaxed setting.
