Food Federation Germany/LAV: Publication of MOH Guidance Values in English

Already in June 2020, the German Food Association e. V. and the LAV (State Working Group for Consumer Health Protection) published a new version of the MOH benchmark table, which, in addition, recommends a benchmark of 4 mg/kg for MOSH for the product category "nuts, oilseeds, coconut, peanuts, as well as dried fruits and mixtures thereof."

As of now, the benchmark levels are also available in English under the title "Benchmark levels for mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOH) in foods."
