High level of food safety in Germany

The German Food Association has published a position paper on food safety.

The Deputy Managing Director Dr. Marcus Girnau stated: "Consumers can fundamentally rely on the safety of the food offered in Germany. Increased food warnings, such as those recently communicated by the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety, are evidence of effective controls."
