Hygiene monitoring and environmental testing in cosmetic companies

With hygiene monitoring and associated investigations, the hygiene status in a cosmetic facility is determined. The aim of such monitoring is to identify weaknesses early and avoid potential risks to the product. Necessary measures can be initiated earlier. Areas of a monitoring program include, among others:

ISO 22716 (GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice Guideline) as well as the IFS HPC Standard provide guidelines for this purpose. Due to the fact that hygiene monitoring serves to protect the product, it is also part of the EU Cosmetic Regulation EC No 1223/2009.

The BAV Institute provides individual advice on all questions regarding the planning and conception of monitoring in your facility. This includes, in addition to determining possible sampling points, the professional sampling and rapid evaluation of your samples.
